  Terrible customer service. The tow truck driver was right in front of my house to get my car, I opened the garage door (so obviously he knew I was there), but because I missed a phone call while changing my baby's diaper, he drove away. I called Fifelski to get the driver back thinking it would take only a couple minutes since he had just been there, the guy on the phone said he'd call his driver and call me back. However, after 10 minutes of nothing, I called back again and the guy said it'd be at least an hour and a half for his driver to be available and that he couldn't help me and had to get off the phone because he had another call. So disappointed in the customer service and lack of care for their customers. Not what a new, sleep deprived mom wanted to deal with after a long night and frustrating car problems.
